International Orders We communicate in: Español, Français, Italiano, Deutsch, and many other languages. Extreme Glow is proud to offer its products to any destination that has the need for fun. However, we regret to inform our international customers that they will not be able to order product through our online shopping cart. Instead we ask that you email your product requests to info@extremeglow.com along with: -Your name -Your full shipping address including postal codes, where applicable - Your contact information including your telephone number with country code, and an email address With this information our sales representatives will be able to accurately quote product price and shipping rates. We can even offer totals in dollars (American, Canadian, or Australian), pounds, euros, yen, pesos, etc. Once the quote is agreed upon by both parties, you will be offered payment options. Of course, Extreme Glow takes credit cards, paypal, western union transfers, or direct bank to bank transfers for larger orders. All pertinent information required to complete the transaction will be sent via email. Please be prepared to offer verification of identification. Our credit card systems can only approve domestic credit cards, so we take the strictest measures to protect against fraud. We also reserve the right to refuse any orders that do not meet these criteria. Our shipping method of choice is FedEx International. You may request DHL only if you have a DHL account. Shipping is somewhat expensive. To counteract the product versus shipping ratio for international orders we do have a $50.00 (USD) minimum of product that is required on all purchases. Federal Express is a top service and typically can deliver product to our customers anywhere in the world in five working days. Most of Canada, the UK, and the EU are 1-3 days for delivery. Please also be aware that when shipping internationally the customer will eventually be responsible for some percentage of customs and duties imposed by the receiver’s country. Those rates change with the product that is ordered, and the particular country that is being shipped to. Please check with your local officials for an approximate customs’ cost.
