Extreme Glow International Shipping Policy (Updated January 2024)

Dear Valued Customers,

We wish to inform you of an update to our international shipping policy, effective January 2024. In alignment with recent shifts in shipping regulations by major carriers within the United States, Extreme Glow will no longer be facilitating shipments beyond the borders of the US and Canada.
The decision to restrict international shipments stems from the evolving landscape of shipping policies, particularly concerning the substantial financial liabilities incurred by our company in the event of failed or delayed deliveries outside of our primary service regions.
For our esteemed Canadian clientele, we continue to extend our services. However, due to limitations within our website's system, customers based in Canada must submit their orders via email at info@extremeglow.com.

To facilitate this process, we kindly request the following information in your correspondence:

Detailed specifications of the desired items, including quantities and colors
Complete recipient name and address within Canada
Preferred delivery date
Contact telephone number for efficient communication

As for our international customers located outside of the US and Canada, we regret to inform you that direct shipping is no longer feasible. However, we offer an alternative solution by allowing shipments to freight forwarders designated by the customer. Upon placing your order, kindly provide the designated forwarder's details for seamless processing.
We understand that adjustments to our shipping policy may pose inconveniences, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause. Our priority remains to provide exemplary service and ensure customer satisfaction within feasible operational parameters.

Free Shipping Promotion Guidelines

Only for customers shipping to the Contiguous 48 States.
Orders must have a minimum of $99 worth of product.
Free shipping is not a guaranteed shipping option. Extreme Glow chooses the shipping method.
If you need day-definite shipping please choose a delivery service using our shipping map shown below.
Wholesale Club Members are not eligible for the Free Shipping Promotion.

Just put $99 worth of product in your basket, enter your zip code, and select the Free Shipping option if it is available. All other shipping methods are still available, but they are not discounted.

Frequently Asked Shipping Questions

No, we do not delay shipments that select free shipping. As with any other order, we will do our best to get it out the same day that you order. We will select from UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class Mail for the free shipping. Packages under 1 lb will usually ship by USPS First Class Mail.

Go to the UPS chart below and locate your area. The map will tell you the number of business days the shipping company will need to get you your package. Business days are Monday through Friday. Extreme Glow ships out Monday through Friday. If you get your order to us by 3:30 pm Central of a business day, there is a good chance that we will get it out that day.
USPS shipping options do not have guaranteed delivery times. Priority Mail is advertised at 2-3 business days. First Class Mail can take up to 10 days however most packages are delivered inside of a week. Please note: USPS does not guarantee delivery times and Extreme Glow cannot provide refunds for packages that arrive "late". Our only money back guarantees are made on UPS Air packages.
If you provide an email address for us, you will get a tracking number for your shipment sent to that email address once the package has been processed. The tracking number does not come from Extreme Glow. It will come from the appropriate shipping company. If you lose your tracking number, feel free to give us a call. We will be able to track your package and/or provide the tracking number for you.
Do not count the day the product ships as Day One of your shipping. Also, only count business days when trying to determine a delivery date. Weekends do not count. Example: If we ship on Thursday, Friday is Day One, Monday is Day Two, Tuesday is Day Three, etc. USPS will deliver on Saturday. USPS delivers on Sunday in some locations.

Shipping charges vary by weight and distance from Extreme Glow. Remote locations may have surcharges applied. Shipping charges generally start at roughly $10 for any order and go up from there. The shopping cart is the best way to calculate shipping. Simply load the cart with the items that you wish to purchase and enter your zip code into the appropriate field. An estimate for all shipping options for your location will appear in a pull down menu.

The best way to calculate shipping is to use the shopping cart. It will calculate the shipping for every option to your location. You can also call Extreme Glow and get a sales rep to help you. We will be happy to provide shipping quotations for you

For UPS 2-Day and UPS Next Day (Overnight) services, Saturday delivery will be $17 additional. Example - If UPS Next Day is normally $40, then UPS Next Day that ships Friday for Saturday delivery is $57. Please note that standard Next Day shipments (overnight) for Friday shipments is for delivery on Monday...not Saturday. To get Saturday delivery, you must request Saturday delivery.
If you are thinking about UPS 2-Day Saturday delivery, check the UPS Next Day rates for Friday delivery as well. It may be as cheap or cheaper to go with the overnight charge after you add the $17 Saturday delivery charge to the normal 2-Day rate.
