General Custom Order Information

• IMPORTANT: Please see artwork requirements for logos below.
• Minimum Order: 50 pieces (add at least 50 bracelets to your cart).
• Fields with * are required. If a field is not relevant, type X to satisfy the text requirement.
• All orders receive a virtual mock-up (computer-generated).
• Mock-up sent via email within 1 business day after receiving the order.
• Imprint area: 1.25" wide x 0.65" tall.
• Turn time depends on order size:
  • Up to 500 units: 3–5 business days after proof approval.
  • Over 1000 units: Call (888)748-4755 for production time.
• Price includes one imprint (choose location: band or battery box).

Text Customization Instructions

1. Add the number of items to purchase (minimum 50).
2. Type text for your imprint in Box 1.
3. Choose one of our 10 font options and add your choice in Box 2.
4. Choose your ink color in Box 3 (White, Black, or Red).
5. Include special instructions for characters or symbols in Box 5. (Fewer characters allow for larger imprints.)
6. Go back to the top section and hit "Add to Cart."

Logo Customization and Artwork Requirements

Steps to Upload a Logo:

1. In the text box, type "logo".
2. In the font box, type "logo".
3. In the color box, choose your ink color.
4. Upload artwork to the "Choose File" box.
5. Include additional instructions in the "Instructions/Comments" box.

Artwork Requirements:

• Only high-resolution (300 dpi) or vector-based artwork can be used.
• Low-resolution logos will be returned, causing delays.
• Basic clip art (e.g., hearts or stars) is acceptable without uploading.
• Imprint area: 1.25" wide x 0.65" tall.
