General Custom Order Information

• Turn time: 2-3 business days after proof approval (shipping time not included).
• Proofs emailed for orders of 30 or more.
• Fields with * are required. If not relevant, type X.
• Pick your text and font or add a logo (see instructions below).

Foam Stick Information

• All foam sticks feature 2 flashing modes and 1 steady-on mode.
• Red, Orange, Green, Blue, Pink, and White: 15.5" long (multicolored: 18" long).
• Ages: 12 and up.
• Colors available: Red, Orange, Green, Blue, Pink, White, or Multi-color.
• Uses 3 AG13 (LR44) batteries (included and changeable).
• Customized with black ink on a clear polyester label.
• Customization area: Approximately 11" x 3".
• No returns accepted on custom orders. All sales are final.

Customization Instructions

Follow these steps to add a logo:

1. In the text box, type "logo".
2. In the font box, type "logo".
3. Upload artwork to the logo box and include additional instructions in the "Instructions/Comments" box.

File and Artwork Requirements

• File formats: Hi-resolution .jpg or .png (minimum width: 500 px).
• Maximum printed size: 11" long x 3" tall.
• Extreme Glow does not offer in-house art services. Submit completed artwork only.
• Designs must be black and white (no grayscale). Full-color logos or designs will be returned.

We can combine text and logos (e.g., adding a date, phone number). Include special size or placement instructions in the "additional instructions" box if needed.
