General Information

Turn time: 2-3 business days after proof approval (shipping time not included).
Proofs emailed for orders of 30 or more.

Black ink only (colored inks are not recommended).
Customized area: approximately 11" x 3".
No returns accepted on custom orders. All sales are final.

File formats: Hi-resolution .jpg or .png (minimum width: 500px).
Maximum printed size: 11" long x 3" tall.
Artwork must be submitted in black and white only. Full-color designs will be returned.
We do not offer in-house art services. Submit completed artwork designs.
