General Custom Order Information

IMPORTANT: Please see artwork requirements for logos below.
Minimum order: There is a 12-piece minimum order for this item.

Customization space is approximately 3 x 2 inches.
Personalize with your one-color black logo or text on this item!
Instructions for logo only: Upload your logo before adding the product quantity to the shopping cart. You must type "logo" in the text and font fields, even if you do not need text or font. This field is required to add items to your shopping cart.
Orders of 30 or more receive a mock-up.
Mock-up sent via email within one business day after receiving the order.

Turn time is determined by product and size of order. Quantities up to 500 can be processed within 3-5 business days after customer approves virtual proof. For orders in excess of 1000 units, please call for production time at 888-748-4755.
Cups can be personalized using our label printer, which allows us to transfer your logo or text directly onto the plastic surface with great accuracy.
Price includes one area of personalization for this item. The handle of the cup is personalized.

Text Only Instructions

Step 1: Add the number of items to purchase (minimum 12) in the box above the ADD TO CART button.
Step 2: Type text for your imprint in Box 1.
Step 3: Choose one of our ten font options below. Add your choice in Box 2.
Step 4: Choose your ink color in Box 3.
Step 5: Include any special instructions for characters or symbols in Box 5.
Note: Customization space is 3 x 2 inches. Fewer characters mean a larger imprint.
Step 6: Go back to the top section and hit "Add to Cart".

Logo Instructions

In the text box, type "logo".
In the font box, type "logo".
In the color box, choose your ink color.
Upload artwork (see requirements below) to the CHOOSE FILE box.
Include any additional instructions in the "Instructions/Comments" box.

Logo and Artwork Requirements

Only high-resolution (300 dpi) or vector-based artwork can be used for your personalization.
Any low-resolution logo uploaded will be sent back to the customer. This will cause a delay in production until proper artwork is acquired.
Extreme Glow does not create artwork or graphics. Finished versions of artwork must be submitted.
Basic Clip Art (like hearts or stars) will not be a problem. Please note that in your comments. No upload is needed for very basic clip art requests.

Width: Top = 3.5 inches in diameter; bottom = 2.5 inches in diameter.
Height: 6 inches.
Capacity: 16 oz.
RGB cups have 3 LEDs (1 red, 1 green, 1 blue) and multiple modes featuring each color separately and together.
Frosted plastic – cups are not clear/see-through.
Run time: 12+ hours.
Suitable for ages 12 and up.
Uses 2 CR2032 batteries (included and replaceable).
Darker liquids (like colas) may hamper the transfer of light from the bottom to the top; lighter liquids enhance the effect.
Individually packaged with an opp bag.
Inhibitor included – prevents activation during shipping.
