Personalized Light up Cowboy Hats Full Color Sublimated Customization

General Custom Order Information

• You are purchasing a lighted hat with a custom hat band as pictured.
• Fields with * are required. If not relevant, type X to satisfy the text requirement.
• Artwork services: Unfortunately, we do not offer in-house artwork services. You must upload print-ready art.
• Proofs will be emailed for orders of 50 or more.
• Turn time is 2-3 business days after customer approves proof.
• Customized cowboy hats are sold individually; we do not require a minimum.
• Pick your text and font or add a logo (see instructions below).
• Most images can be added. Include instructions with your order.
• Cowboy hats are customized by sublimating an elastic polyester hat band.
• Unless otherwise requested in comments, we will print text in black ink only.
• Higher-resolution artwork is helpful to reproduce a good image. We will contact you if your artwork cannot be used.
• Customized area is 5.75 inches wide by 1.5 inches tall.

Cowboy Hat Information

• One size fits most.
• Sequined poly-blend material.
• Width (brim to brim): Approximately 10 inches.
• Length (brim to brim): Approximately 15 inches.
• Height (brim to top): Approximately 6 inches.
• 6 LEDs will match the color of the hat.
• 3 flashing modes: Fast flash, slow flash, steady on.
• Run time: 12+ hours.
• Uses 3 AG13 batteries (included and replaceable).
• Inhibitor included – prevents activation during shipping.

To Add a Logo

Want your logo on the Cowboy Hats? We can do that too! Follow these simple steps:

1. In the text box, type "logo".
2. In the font box, type "logo".
3. Upload artwork to the logo box. Include any additional instructions in the "Instructions/Comments" box.

File and Artwork Requirements

• File requirements: Extreme Glow must receive hi-resolution .jpg or .png files with a minimum width of 500 px.
• Please note, the largest maximum printed size is 5.5 inches wide and 1.5 inches tall. Your logo will scale based on the height.
• Art requirements: Extreme Glow does not offer in-house art services. We only accept completed artwork designs and cannot take requests.
• We print in full color using sublimation of the hat band.

Additional Notes

We can do a combination of text and logo (such as adding a date, phone number, etc.). If this is your goal, follow the instructions above but include your text and font in steps 1 and 2. Include special instructions on size or placement in the "additional instructions" box.
